The OTO EXPO is a vibrant, bustling hub of the Annual Meeting.  

Featuring 200+ exhibitors and 400+ Scientific Posters, the OTO EXPO is designed to create a collaborative environment between science, education, and industry, and encourage mutually beneficial partnerships to serve the common purpose of supporting the specialty and, ultimately, enhance patient care across the globe. 

The OTO EXPO, located in Exhibit Hall A-G of the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium, opens Saturday, October 11, at 9:30 am, following the Opening Ceremony, which takes place in Sagamore Ballroom 3-4 at the Indiana Convention Center. Here’s are just of few of the can’t-miss reasons to visit the OTO EXPO on Saturday, before it closes at 5:00 pm for the day:  

NEW! Innovation Park: Where Tomorrow’s Breakthroughs Meet Today’s Practice 

Startups in the ENT space are demonstrating the latest in healthcare technologies and solutions in the Innovation Park. Attendees can discover new advances for patient care and learn about the future of the specialty. 

NEW! Digital Scavenger Hunt 

New this year, the digital scavenger hunt encourages attendees to have fun exploring the OTO EXPO and convention center, and allows attendees to complete challenges and earn points via the game app, which is accessible through the Annual Meeting mobile app. Find out more about how to participate HERE.  

OTO Pavillion: Fresh Expertise and New Learning Opportunities  

Companies showcase their procedures and introduce specialized education in a didactic setting in the OTO Pavillion. Presentations are either 30 or 60 minutes in front of an audience of up to 75 attendees. This is what is scheduled for Saturday: 

• Regeneron-Sanofi, 11:30 am - 12:00 pm
• Regeneron-Sanofi, 3:30 - 4:00 pm

If you’re in need of a professional headshot, be sure to drop by the Portrait Studio in Booth X Saturday only from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, where a photographer is on hand. You will receive an electronic copy of your headshot. Reminder: the Portrait Studio is only open today so make time to stop by!  

Scientific Posters: New Discoveries Uncovered 

Discover groundbreaking research shaping the specialty's future! Over 400 cutting-edge posters showcase the latest clinical findings and breakthrough discoveries. Meet the researchers during the Scientific Poster Authors Reception on Monday, October 13, 12:00 – 1:00 pm, or explore this treasure trove of innovation whenever the OTO EXPO is open and earn CME. Give yourself some extra time at lunch to view the posters, earn CME, and see the advances in science all in one location!

Simulation Center: Your Skills Lab Awaits!  

Housed in the OTO EXPO, the Simulation Center features hands-on education for CME credit. Simulation Education runs Saturday through Monday but here is what is happening on Saturday:  

• Cutting Edge Feedback: Framework for feedback following surgical procedures, 9:30 – 10:30 am
• Ear Framework Creation for Microtia Reconstruction, 9:30 – 10:30 am
• Coaching Yourself: Practical Tools for Tackling Workplace Challenges, 1:00 – 2:00 pm
• Tap-tap! Learning Nasal Osteotomy Technique on 3D Printed Models, 1:00 – 2:00 pm
• Effective Management of Auricular Hematoma: Hands-On Experience with the Experts, 3:30 – 4:30 pm

What’s for Lunch? 

Boxed lunches are served each day (Saturday through Monday) for all attendees, making it a fantastic opportunity to meet up with colleagues and explore the Scientific Posters and exhibits. The following is what is on the menu for Saturday: 

• Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap: Marinated grilled chicken, crisp chopped romaine, shaved parmesan, Caesar mayo spread in a spinach herb wrap 
• Turkey Club Sub: Sliced turkey, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and chive aioli on a locally sourced steak roll  
• Veggie Quinoa Wrap (v): Baby field greens with quinoa super food salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, and fresh herbs in a spinach herb wrap  
• Kosher meals: available upon request 

*Boxed lunches also include potato salad, a fruit cup, a cookie, condiments and a bottled water. Lemonade and Unsweetened Iced Tea will also be available.
